Heather joined the Café Fresco Center City team in 2018, bringing with her over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Heather’s vision of hospitality focuses on placing the specific needs of her clients at the forefront of her work. Whether it is assisting a guest in creating an unforgettable evening or executing a formal dinner for state legislators, Heather always places the needs of her clients at the forefront of her work. She was a founding manager of Houlihan’s in Hershey, PA in 2006, where she remained for nearly a decade. She has experience in managing all aspects of a busy restaurant as well as planning and executing larger private events through her community involvement with the Milton Hershey School. After joining the team at Café Fresco Center City, Heather quickly proved to be a valuable component to the restaurant’s continued success. Heather consistently goes above and beyond, willing to do whatever is necessary to exceed guest expectations and support her staff.

During her tenure as General Manager of Café Fresco Center City, Heather has built and maintained a team of servers and front of house staff that reflects and nurtures the brand as well as embraces the importance of meeting the expectations of the restaurant’s loyal customer base. Her passion for the industry, her pride in her team, and her love of her customers are the reasons why guests will always find Heather smiling in the dining room at Café Fresco Center City.

When she is not working, Heather can be found on the back of her husband John’s Harley or spoiling her Great Danes, Porter and Stout.
