Natives of Central PA, Brian and Jen have spent their entire professional careers becoming experts in virtually every aspect of the hospitality business.  Together, they posses over 60 years experience working in every position of a restaurant.  In 2008, Brian brought his extensive knowledge and diverse experience in restaurant operations to work directly under well-known Harrisburg restaurateur, Nick Laus.  Under Laus, Brian honed his skills, developing the leadership qualities and attention to detail critical to the continued success of Café Fresco Center City. Brian also managed the opening and operations of Level 2, a high-end night club and lounge located above the restaurant.  In  2014, Brian assumed full ownership of Café Fresco Center City and Level 2 and remains active in overseeing the restaurant and nightclub. In 2016, Jen joined Brian full-time, managing the HR and business operations as well as expanding and overseeing the private events and catering arms of the business.
Brian and Jen's entrepreneurial spirit and passion for food and drink continue to be the engines that drive their continued success.  Brian and Jen posses incredible attention-to-detail, and they lead their teams to provide the absolute best experience for guests and create an atmosphere known for quality and consistency.  Brian and Jen lead by example, maintaining a constant presence as the faces of Café Fresco Center City and Level 2.  Their innovative nature allows them to embrace change and explore new ideas - and in collaboration with the culinary team - design innovative dining experiences to maintain Café Fresco Center City's position as a premier dining destination in downtown Harrisburg.
